When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by PayPal, cheque or postal order.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
- What if I am not happy with my purchase?
No Problem if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of parcel we will be happy to exchange your purchase or offer a refund . Return of parcel is the responsibility of the purchaser they will incur any postage costs. We can not refund Tinctures or Medications that have been specifically made for you as they can not be reused.

What do I do if I have a Question?
Send us your questions by email we will answer you as quickly as possible. If your condition is complicated and you need a personal consultation we will ask you to telephone us or for you to give us your number and we will arrange to call you. Most questions can be done by email if you would like to talk to Liz the Herbalist Consultant contact us through "contact us " and arrangements will be made.
- How does the free consultation work?
We offer a free consultation service by email just email us and give all details you feel are relivent to your question or condition. We will respond as quickly as we can. If we need to ask more information we will email you. If you feel you need to speach to Liz the herbalist consultant in person then a nominal fee will be included in any perscription herbal medication from Liz.
